Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All products carry a 30-day money back guarantee starting from the date of receiving your order. Shipping & Handling, Custom Doc-it Ring, Special Order and Upgrade charges are non-refundable; however, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: a 25% restocking fee applies for returns initiated more than 30 days after receiving your order. No returns after 60 days. Used or broken equipment is not refundable. Custom collars are not refundable after 30 days No returns of customer broken items or used equipment.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
